With over ten years of experience in International and Commercial Law, Sebastián has advised companies on managing relationships with receivers, carriers, and insurers, protecting their interests in strategic markets such as the United States, Europe, and Asia.

He is currently CEO and co-founder of Dante Legal, where he advises exporters at every stage of their international operations, promoting efficiency and security in their commercial transactions. Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned firms such as Araya & Cía. Abogados in Chile and Muci-Abraham & Asociados in Venezuela. His career includes advising exporters on international contracts, negotiation and collection in markets such as the United States, Europe, China and Russia. In addition, he has managed claims before the United States Department of Agriculture and represented his clients in international arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as in international litigation in collaboration with foreign firms.

 

His background includes studies at prestigious institutions in Latin America and Europe. He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Venezuela and a master's degree in International Law from the University of Chile and the University of Heidelberg in Germany. In addition, he has a specialization in International Business, a degree in Business Administration Analyst and a diploma in Investments and Financial Markets, which brings a global and strategic dimension to his professional practice.
